Crisp roast potatoes with rosemary in a MAKO pan

This one ingredient will give you the perfect roast

You might think that the secret to a great roast is all about the prep and the basting. But there’s more to it than that. The cooking is just as important. The best roast is where it cooks evenly, the skin crisps up beautifully, and where all the flavours develop and come together.

So if you’re looking to cook juicy roast chicken or a cracking porchetta, you’ll need the right roasting pan. It’s as critical as any other ingredient, and it means all your hard work prepping will pay off at the end. Here’s how the MAKO Aero Non-Stick Roaster is purpose built to cook and deliver the best results.

The key ingredient to perfect your roast

Roast chicken with vegetables and rosemary in a MAKO roaster

It’ll cook your meat evenly

Aero is crafted from high-quality, heavy-weight carbon steel for exceptional strength, superior performance, and even heat distribution. It comes with its own custom trivet on which to place the meat, so that the air can circulate all around, cook the meat evenly and brown the sides perfectly.

It’s easy to clean and maintain

It features Aero Non-Stick technology, meaning it’s easy to clean and simple to maintain. Cleaning up really is a breeze. And it’s built without PFOA, lead, or cadmium, ensuring safe and healthy cooking.

It’ll make flavourful sides all in the one pan

Under or around the trivet is where you place your veg, so that as the meat roasts, those pan juices help to cook and flavour your roast vegetables at the same time. Those pan juices are then ready to be poured through the custom pouring spout and made into gravy to ladle over everything.
