General Shipping Information
We dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours. During busy periods and weekends, dispatch may take a little longer.
In peak sale periods, please allow 2-4 business days for warehouse processing.
⚡ Same Day Dispatch — Order Before 12pm Melbourne Time
Place your AU order before midday and we'll get it out the door the same day. That means your new kitchen favourites could be with you sooner than you think!
A few things to note:
- Applies to Australian orders only, placed before 12pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT).
- If any item in your order is on pre-order, same day dispatch won't apply — we'll ship everything together once all items are ready.
- QLD knife orders require an ID check before dispatch — see below for details.
- If we need to verify or confirm your delivery address, dispatch may be delayed while we sort it out.
- Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
During peak sale periods, our warehouse may need a little extra time — we'll always keep you updated.
QLD Knife Orders
QLD Knife Orders: Queensland regulations require an ID check before we can ship orders containing knives. Once your ID is verified, your order will be dispatched promptly.
Delivery Locations
We ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Cookbooks are also available for delivery to selected countries in South East Asia.
Our previous regional stores for the USA, Canada and the EU have now been closed as part of a consolidation of our operations.
We are working toward reopening access to these regions via our AU store in the future, however we do not have a confirmed timeline at this stage.

Address Changes
Need to update your delivery address? Get in touch with us before tracking is issued and we'll sort it out. Once your order has shipped, we're unable to amend the address, so please double-check your details at checkout!

By selecting Authority to Leave at checkout, you're giving permission for your parcel to be left without a signature. Please note that once your order is marked as "Delivered," we are not liable for any loss or damage.
