We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-72 hours however, during busy periods and over weekends there may be a small delay in dispatching your order.
Please allow 5-8 working days for dispatch during sale periods.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
All items on cookdinehost.com are available for delivery in Australia and New Zealand.
Cookbooks are also available for delivery to selected countries in South East Asia - Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor Leste, and Vietnam.
Currently, we are not able to ship to international locations beyond the above stated areas.

We offer free standard shipping on any qualifying order with a subtotal of $250 or more.
For orders below that threshold, there is a flat-rate $13.00 shipping fee.
If something is particularly heavy, bulky, comes in an especially cumbersome package, is perishable, or ships from another country, we’ll note an extra surcharge on the product page and at checkout.
NEW ZEALAND
We offer lower rate shipping for orders of 1 book - $19.00 NZD ($15.00 AUD)
We offer flat rate $34.00 NZD ($27.00 AUD) standard shipping to New Zealand on all other orders.
All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

SOUTH EAST ASIA
We currently only ship cookbooks to South East Asian countries including - Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor Leste, Vietnam
We offer flat rate $35.00 AUD.
All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Delivery to New Zealand and South East Asia can be longer due to customs or freight carriers outside of our control.
You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website. All orders are delivered via registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide Authority To Leave during checkout.
• IF YOUR ADDRESS IS UNATTENDED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
If you have not provided Authority To Leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to the sender.
While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
• ADDRESS CHANGE
Requests for address change must be made before you receive a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched with a tracking number, CookDineHost cannot be accountable for change of address. We do not reimburse or replace due to unsuccessful address change.
• AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
By selecting the box "Authority to Leave" you hereby authorise us to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery ("ATL delivery"). If you select to receive your parcel via ATL delivery, you acknowledge and agree that only confirmation of delivery by the delivery driver (engaged directly or indirectly by CookDineHost) will be obtained, in order to satisfy proof of delivery. To the extent permissible by law, CookDineHost disclaim all warranties and liabilities in relation to the delivery of the parcel. Unless otherwise required by law, CookDineHost will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if being delivered via ATL delivery. By selecting ATL delivery, you acknowledge and agree that the delivery driver maintains the right to only leave the parcel at your shipping address if they deem the property safe to do so.
If the buyer chooses an ATL (Authority To Leave) delivery option, any risk of loss passes to the buyer and/or any other person who signs for the receipt of the delivery. We are not responsible for your package once the carrier states ‘Delivered’ or ‘Notice left.’ Replacements for cookbooks are not eligible.
Tracking Your Order
For the most up to date information on the status of your order, you can log into your Account, and go to ‘My Account’ to view live status updates.
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team is most likely still working hard to get your order to you.
PLEASE NOTE tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours after placing your order.
• LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us with evidence at support@cookdinehost.com
• LOST OR STOLEN DELIVERIES
It is always best to contact us in the first instance if you have a question regarding your order. We can usually resolve this faster for you.
Should you lodge a transaction dispute with your bank before your order is shipped, we will contact you directly via email. If we do not receive a reply from you within 7 days, we will cancel your order.
Pre-Order
Please read the product description carefully to ensure you’re happy to wait for the expected arrival date. Here you will also find the estimated arrival date of the pre-order. This date is an expected delivery date only, and may vary due to elements out of the control of CookDineHost. CookDineHost will ship pre-order items as a priority once stock has arrived to our warehouse.
You will be charged at time of placing a pre-order. Pre-orders cannot be exchanged before delivery. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us support@cookdinehost.com
If your order includes both a pre-order item and other items, this order will be held and dispatched when all items are available. We do not split orders.
You will receive an order confirmation email once the order is placed, and a follow up confirmation email when your items are shipped.
