Once these pass, we’ll still ship fast - but we can’t guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.
New Zealand: Order by 8 December
WA, QLD, NT, TAS & ACT: Order by 15 December
VIC, NSW & SA: Order by 18 December
Currently, our warehouse is working hard and most orders are being dispatched the same day,
or next business day.
General Shipping Information
We dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours.
During busy periods and weekends, dispatch may take a little longer.
In peak sale periods, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to leave our warehouse
QLD Knife Orders: Queensland regulations require an ID check before we can ship orders containing knives. Once your ID is verified, your order will be dispatched promptly
Delivery Locations
We ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Cookbooks are also available for delivery to selected countries in South East Asia, including Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Note: We are currently unable to ship to international locations beyond the regions listed above.

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $250. For all other orders and regions, delivery is charged as below.

You’ll receive tracking info by email once your order is dispatched. All deliveries require a signature unless "Authority to Leave" is selected at checkout.
If Your Address Is Unattended at Delivery
If "Authority to Leave" isn’t selected, parcels are taken to the nearest post office for 7 business days before being returned.
Address Change
Address updates must be requested before tracking is issued. Once shipped, we cannot amend the address or issue replacements/refunds.
Authority to Leave
By choosing ATL, you waive the need for a signature. We are not liable for loss/damage once the parcel is marked "Delivered." Drivers may refuse ATL if unsafe.
Tracking Your Order
Log into your account to track your order.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If items arrive damaged or lost, email support@cookdinehost.com with supporting evidence.
Lost or Stolen Deliveries
Contact us before filing disputes. If we don’t hear from you within 7 days after email follow-up, your order may be canceled.
Pre-Order Information
Pre-order estimated arrival dates are in the product description. These may change due to supplier delays.
Pre-orders are charged at checkout. You may cancel anytime by emailing support@cookdinehost.com.
Orders with mixed pre-order and in-stock items will ship together. We do not split shipments.
