Description

Designed specifically for the MAKO Japanese Steel Knife Collection, the MAKO Precision Knife Sharpener makes it easy to maintain optimal sharpness and performance at home. Unlike generic sharpeners, it’s built to suit high-performance AUS-10 steel (60 HRC), so you get consistent results without guesswork.

How to use:
Place the sharpener on a stable, flat surface and hold it firmly with one hand. With the other hand, guide the knife through the slots using light, even pressure. Use the Sharpen (1 & 2) stages first to restore a razor-sharp edge, then finish with Hone (3) to realign and maintain the edge for ongoing performance.
