Expected extra
The press was a free-bee with our Mako black pan and I m clearly slow - together with the heat of the pan has transformed our burgers. It’s such a useful tool for even cooking - how did I manage without one? Now - a mystery!

Handy helper
Prevents steak curling up and allows even seer without having to stand over the pan. Must have companion to your steak pan!
