    This one item replaces all my stovetop cookware!

    Where has this been all my life! The MAKO Genius 5-Ply 28cm Non-Stick Essential Pan With Lid, truly replaces just about everything else I own in my saucepan/frypan/wok drawer! This beautifully made, quality cookware suits my favoured ‘1 pot’ cooking style, and since purchasing it only a month ago, it’s in constant use and literally ‘lives’ on my stovetop. I’ve used it both on my induction cooktop and a couple of times in the oven for a variety of curries, stirfries, soups, risottos, stews, pasta bakes, pasta sauces, schnitzels and more. The wide, super flat base and generous proportions are a dream to cook with and ensure an even cook (no burning hotspots). It’s also helped me understand and appreciate induction cooking features more too, by having functional cookware that responds so well and cooks food so evenly. I have the non-stick version, but I’m thinking about purchasing the regular stainless interior one too, to give me a handy 2nd pot and some flexibility when I don’t need a non-stick surface – depending on what I'm cooking.
