If you know me, then you know I live for cooking and eating. The bit you might not see in my videos though is the obsessive thought that goes into choosing each serving bowl, noodle dish or cocktail glass.

You get a hint of it when you see me spooning glistening pasta onto a beautiful plate or ladling homemade shoyu ramen into the perfect soup bowl. But what I haven’t revealed before is the many years of collaboration with stylists and designers that have informed how I carefully select the pieces to style each dish to make it irresistible to the eye.

Because the truth is, the recipe isn’t enough…whether you’re creating a cookbook, cooking show or entertaining people in your own home.

That’s why I created Asoke…to bring you not only the recipes I love but also the stylish pieces you need to serve and entertain in an effortlessly beautiful way.

Each piece in my Asoke collection is designed and lovingly tested (oh yes, there have been many cosy dinner parties and cocktail soirees in the making) by myself and my in-house team of stylists and designers. We know how to make your special ragu pasta or your classic margarita look like it’s come straight from the pages of a magazine (or your Instagram feed).
