How to use:
Place the sharpener on a stable, flat surface and hold it firmly with one hand. With the other hand, guide the knife through the slots using light, even pressure. Use the Sharpen (1 & 2) stages first to restore a razor-sharp edge, then finish with Hone (3) to realign and maintain the edge for ongoing performance.
