To help maintain your Sasni, keep it away from direct heat or flames, don't use it in the microwave, and avoid contact with hot pans and pots.

The boards are safe to wash in the dishwasher on cycles under 60 °C, or simply hand wash with warm soapy water.

How long does the board last?

Our recycled chopping board is crafted for a long life, ready to be recycled again should you ever want to.

How do I wash the board?

Wash your board with hot soapy water. This is particularly important when you’re prepping ingredients that could have cross-contamination. 

How safe is the material? 

Our boards are tested after production to ensure they are 100% food safe and BPA free. We only create the boards using recycled HDPE plastic (commonly used to make milk bottles, shampoo bottles and the like), which is BPA free.
