Welcome to the CookDineHost Product Partnerships website.

The CookDineHost Product Partnership program permits you to monetize your website and social media user-generated content by placing links to our nominated shop site and receiving a commission.

We’re thrilled to gift you beautiful products from our Asoke Homewares or MAKO performance cookware ranges and can’t wait to see you using them.

Agreement

• These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between MK Ecco Pty Limited (MKE) and the Talent in relation to the Talent’s supply of the Talent Services to MKE (Agreement).
• Talent means a person or entity identified as the ‘Talent’ to engage in the Talent Services.
• These Terms and Conditions constitute an offer from MKE. Acceptance occurs when the Talent confirms in writing to MKE. The agreement begins upon such acceptance.

Talent Services

• The gifted products are for your enjoyment and help promote our products to your audience.
• You'll earn a commission of 10% on net sales through the provided bit.ly links. Payment terms are outlined below.
• Use our products in your content on any platform in a way that fits your voice and audience.
• Recommended posting schedule:
  • 3–4 posts per month
  • 3–5 stories, including an unboxing video
• It may take a few posts before your audience begins to purchase—keep sharing!
• During promotions, please inform your audience about any applicable discounts.
• Follow affiliate disclosure rules on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• On Instagram, tag relevant handles like @asokeliving, @makokitchenware, or @cookdinehost.
• Where appropriate, include a callout like: “This product is exclusively available at CookDineHost, the marketplace for premium food and lifestyle products, featuring top-tier brands and popular creator’s products.”
• Fraudulent or unethical practices (e.g. spamming, cookie stuffing, brand bidding) are prohibited and may result in immediate removal.
• You grant MKE the right to use your image for promotional purposes related to this partnership globally.

MKE Services

• We will ship the products to your nominated address and provide descriptions and talking points.
• We’ll manage bit.ly tracking links and report on performance; from time to time we may provide advice and optimisation tips.
• During sale periods, your audience will benefit from any active discounts.
• We may offer an exclusive discount code for your audience during promotional windows.

Payment

• Earn 10% commission on Net Revenue generated through your unique bit.ly links. Net Revenue includes product retail price (inclusive of GST or other taxes) minus any discounts.
• If a customer purchases via your link, you earn commission—even if they buy after the initial click, within the cookie window.
• MKE will prepare and share commission statements each quarter, usually within 10 days of quarter-end.
• Before receiving payment, submit a matching tax invoice to MKE each quarter.
• Commission is paid quarterly to your nominated bank account starting from the first published content date.

Cancellation

• Either party may terminate this agreement anytime with 7 days' written notice.
• MKE may withhold pending commission payments for a reasonable time after termination to account for refunds or cancellations.

Indemnities & Liability

• The Talent warrants:
  • They are authorized and empowered to enter this agreement.
  • All shared content is original and does not infringe third-party rights.
  • Any person managing the content on their behalf is also authorized to act for them.
• MKE accepts no liability for the content, operation, or hosting of the Talent's channels or website.
• The Talent indemnifies MKE, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of a breach of this agreement.
