Win Back Your Order Promotion - Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By participating in the “Win Back Your Order” promotion (the “Promotion”), customers agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. The Promotion is conducted by MK Ecco Pty Ltd (trading as CookDineHost) (“CookDineHost”), a company registered in Queensland, Australia, whose registered office is 79-81 Coppin Street, Richmond, Victoria Australia 3121. This Promotion is only available to customers who make a purchase through CookDineHost at www.cookdinehost.com (the “Website”).

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 12.00am (AEDT) Friday, 1 November 2024 and ends on 11.59pm (AEDT) Monday, 2 December 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). Any purchases made outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible for entry.

Eligibility

This Promotion is open to individuals who:

Are residents of Australia or New Zealand.
Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entering the Promotion.
Make a valid purchase of goods through the Website during the Promotion Period.

Employees, agents, or contractors of CookDineHost or its affiliates, wholesale customers, or anyone directly connected to the Promotion, are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, customers must:

Make a purchase through the Website during the Promotion Period.
Automatically be entered into the draw for the chance to win back the value of their order in the form of a monetary transfer (the “Prize”).
Only receive one (1) entry per valid order.
Have a delivery address residing within Australia or New Zealand.

Draw and Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random draw (the “Draw”).
The Draw will be conducted on Tuesday, 3 December 2024 at 79-81 Coppin Street, Richmond, Victoria Australia 3121.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided during their purchase within 5 business days of the Draw.
If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification, the Prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

Prize Details

The Prize is the total value of the winning customer’s order (excluding shipping and taxes) refunded to them via a monetary transfer to the bank account of their choice.
The maximum value of the Prize is capped at AU$5,000.
The Prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account within 5 business days of the winner’s confirmation.

General Conditions

CookDineHost reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
By participating, entrants agree to have their name and basic details published for promotion purposes if they are the winner, as required by law.
CookDineHost reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or illegal activity.
In the event of any dispute, CookDineHost’s decision will be final and binding.
For avoidance of doubt, the Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

Privacy

By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by CookDineHost for the purposes of administering the Promotion and contacting you in connection with the Draw. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CookDineHost will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury that occurs as a result of participating in the Promotion or the acceptance of the Prize. This includes any technical issues with the Website, entry errors, or any other unforeseen events.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes to Terms

CookDineHost reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time during the Promotion Period, subject to applicable legal requirements.
